About the Speaker

Russ is an advisor, researcher, and keynote speaker on Gartner’s HR practice. He specializes in the Future of Work and HR Strategy and Transformation, advising clients across three languages. He has his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Georgetown, and lives in Washington DC with his husband Adam and dog Harvey.
